Free shipping for any orders. Please note that we work with the French postal service. 

The usual delays are the following :
- France : 2-4 working days
- Europe : 7-10 working days
- Outside Europe : 10-20 working days

These are the estimated delays, please keep in mind that it can vary due to reasons we are not responsible of, such as weather, holidays, strikes, etc.

If not, we will try to make it as easy as possible for you to return your order.

The shipping costs for return is at the customer’s charge, except if the product is not conform to the order.
The delay to return the order is 14 calendar days starting from the delivery date to get a full refund,

if the product has not been used(*).

The customer needs to send us an email before any returns, otherwise we will not be able to accept it.

Before any purchase, to avoid confusion, the customer is asked to check the details of the product :

we try to be as precise as possible about its shape, material and color.

Please note that colors might be slightly different depending on screen parameters.
Some of our products are available in limited series :

therefore, we might not be able to replace the products by the same reference.

We carefully check our products, but if the customer notices anything,

he is asked to send us an email right away and we will consider the request.

The customer is asked to check the details of the product before buying it(**), therefore,

any aspect mentioned in the product description or on its label is not to consider as a default and will not be accepted as a reason of such.

In case of return, the customer holds the responsibility for the product until it reached our office :

therefore, we suggest to use a safe post service.

 

* The product has to be returned is its original shape and packaging with labels. If we notice that the product has been used by the customer, the return will not be accepted.
