The brand ÈLBÉ is the owner of all intellectual property and design available on its website (logo, text, icons, photographs, objects, design, graphics, images).
By any purchase, the customer accepts the following conditions.

We try to keep our website updated as much as possible. However, the products presented online may not be available anymore by the time of the customer’s purchase.

If so, we are sorry and the order will be cancelled right away.
Each order will be treated by 2 working days, you will receive an email to confirm that the order

will be processed.

Our products are the result of craftmanship, and they all have their own specificities due

to the versatile nature of their materials,which makes them all unique.
(The customer is asked to take good care of the products to keep them in their best shape which means not exposing them to corrosive substances, cosmetics, salty water or humidity.)
The color might change a bit with time, which is normal.
The customer is asked to follow the care instructions on the product details and on its label,

otherwise he is considered responsibleof the damage.

We do not sell or share your information with anyone else. Your name, address, phone number, email address, and any other information you provide are held in strict confidence.

We collect them only to generate and process your purchase.
